Those not Recorded on the War Memorial
Not everyone recorded on the Chilliwack War Memorial lived in the immediate area. Several individual’s names were submitted by families who moved into the area after the conflicts. Some of those recorded on our local memorial are also commemorated elsewhere, and in several cases the names of locally fallen soldiers were never submitted for inclusion on the memorial.
The names that follow have been compiled after many years of research. Not all of them may have lived here however their families are recorded as living in Chilliwack, or they themselves may have resided in the local area.
