The Chilliwack Museum and Archives accepts object and archival donations that highlight the unique heritage of Chilliwack. All potential donations must be assessed by the Curator or the Archivist to ensure it is appropriate for our collection.
A number of aspects are considered when accepting a potential donation, including:
- provenance;
- condition;
- if the item is a duplicate;
- if we can provide appropriate care and storage.
If you would like to make an object donation to the Chilliwack Museum and Archives, please schedule an appointment with our Curator, Kate Feltren, who will consider the item(s) for inclusion into our collection.
If you would like to make an archival record donation to the Chilliwack Museum and Archives, please schedule an appointment with our Archivist, Tristan Evans, who will consider the item(s) for inclusion into our collection.
